Getting Started
We would love to meet you, learn about your concerns, listen to your story, and discuss how we can help you accomplish your goals. To get started, here’s what to do.
Schedule a Consultation
When you are ready to get help for your problem or opportunity, contact us to schedule your initial consultation. We will ask you for basic information about your situation and set your appointment for a convenient time.
To schedule an initial consultation, you may contact our office by phone (615-661-5472), or you may use the consultation form on our website.
What to Do Before Our Meeting
We will send you our Client Organizer, which is a questionnaire designed to help you think about what you want and to collect the information that we need in order to have a productive consultation. The process works best if you are able to return the organizer to us before our meeting. We will review your information ahead of time and be ready when you arrive. If you have previous documents relating to your situation (will, trust, agreement, etc.) please bring those to our meeting as well.
If you have not already done so, please visit our Resources page and request one of our free reports so you can educate yourself before we meet.
When We Meet
The initial consultation is a one hour discovery meeting designed to help you make intelligent, informed decisions about your situation. We will listen to your concerns, needs and goals, review your Client Organizer and any other documents you share with us, and ask questions to be sure we understand your situation. Then we will suggest options, with the pros and cons of each, formulate a plan that fits your unique situation, and suggest documents and strategies to achieve your goals and protect the things you love.
If We Decide to Work Together
At the end of our meeting, you will have a clearer understanding of your options and how we can help you solve your problem or maximize your opportunity. If you decide to work with us, we will ask you to sign an engagement letter describing the terms of our services. We like to work on a flat fee basis; our clients like it too. As soon as you engage us, we will get right to work helping you. We realize we may not be the right attorneys for everyone. If you decide we are not the right attorneys for you, we will thank you for the opportunity to meet you.
While we are working on your legal matter, we will keep you informed of our progress. We will do our best to answer your questions and make sure you understand our strategies and our progress.
Once we have finished your legal matter, we hope you will be completely satisfied with our services. We don’t see the end of your legal matter as the end of our relationship. We hope that you continue to consider us a trusted legal advisor as your life and family grows and changes. After you get to know, like and trust us, we hope you will want to refer your friends and associates to us so they can keep a Safe Estate too.
